We have had the pleasure of owning a Shellstar home for just over 1 year and wanted to take time to say thank you for such a wonderful job. We have built with a large builder before and have found the Shellstar custom build approach far superior. From the very first day we met with Tristan to pick our home and a lot, to working with Kelly and Brenda on interior and exterior design, to our direct meetings with the suppliers and the trades whose labour built our home, your employees have been exceptional. Your staff and associates should be commended for their obvious pride in their work and outstanding customer service. With Tristan steering the ship we knew at any time in the building process we could have our questions answered and attended to, no question was too small.

As for the house we now call home, we couldn't ask for a better product! The building materials and supplies used in the construction of our home are of the highest quality. For sentimental reasons we often took pictures of our house construction in progress and were particularly impressed with how clean the work site was. If debris was on the floor at the end of the day it was swept neatly or wasn't present at all. That shows that you are a conscientious company interested in doing the job right.

Your company appreciates the value of a dollar and consistently showed us that our satisfaction with our home mattered as much to you as if you were living in the house yourself. We appreciate your commitment to building a quality home that we love. Our experience was extremely positive and not like the horror stories people tell of builders and the complexity of the endeavor.
